Any one sell a replacement tin inner that is riveted to the outer case. Note the rusted area

This might be a time to learn how to take some metal and make it work for you. Some aluminum sheet, easy to cut and easy to shape, could work for you. If you get it where it fits well and it is sealed, you should be happy with the way it works. It won't show and how it looks shouldn't matter, as long as it fits and works.
