Redneck Tire Truer

Truck was shaking & irratating to drive. I jacked it up and could see the tire flat spots or out-of-round...so, I put a stand under one side of rear & a floor jack under the other side. Let it down until it touched concrete pad and started the burn out! 1" deep pile of rubber left smoldering after this trick.
Smoke covered the entire truck, but it is now round & smooth
Recommendation: Next time wear a respirator

Unless that's a positrack rear end, I hate to see what that trick did to your spider gears. Bet they're loose enough now to swap places or else welded to the shaft they spin on.

Nice tip! The wife might get mad if I do that with her minivan.
