FS: Saginaw 4spd transmission

I have a used 4 speed Saginaw transmission taking up space in my garage. Don't know anything about the history of it, got it with a pile of other parts but it appears to be in good shape. One of the shifter forks is missing but otherwise it is complete. I can't find the sheet I wrote the numbers down on but will get those posted tomorrow. Maybe this thing can be of use to someone. $100 picked up in East Peoria, IL or $200 shipped (it's heavy and will need some sort of crate/support mechanism.

Thanks for the info! For future reference, how were you able to identify it?

Re: FS: Saginaw 4spd transmission

Never knew of a vette having a saginaw, Muncies ran out in 1974. So Borg warner, Teremec could be for the later on vettes. Bet the T-10 is right for the 1978. my .02%

Re: FS: Saginaw 4spd transmission

For the shift fork try these guys:
http://mrracingequipment.com/
I just bought a reworked transmission exactly like this from them. They should have parts for them.
