lmc swaybar

just wondering if anyone has used one i am not shure if they are a site supporter or not, but for some reason i was thinking that it was just like the original but after seeing that is was different i looked back in the catolog and there it was a performance sway bar (not reproduction) and the directions that came with it are not exactly clear

if anyone has pics or any info it would be greatly appreciated

Re: lmc swaybar

I run factory bar w/ poly bushings. You can find them on here or Jyards
from $20-$50 & $30 for the bushings (Lietime warranty through Oreily's)
There is a very informative thread over in the FAQ's section on this and
it includes all of the part numbers needed for the install. Hope this helps

*If you want aftermarket get it from a board vendor, or from a better
company such as Classic Performance Products (CPP) or from another
company called Early Classics Enterprises (ECE) I DON'T BUY from LMC

Re: lmc swaybar

Here are a couple links to the front/rear sway bar install:

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ad.php?t=72390

http://www.low69cst.freeservers.com/CamaroBar.htm

I have installed a 1.25" front & a 1" rear sway bar on my '69 following these steps. Really helpful in my opinion. And they work GREAT!!!!

Re: lmc swaybar

No, but alot of their stuff is alot higher than our board vendor prices.
So why would you want to pay more? And some of their stuff is of a
poorer quality also, they buy alot of stuff from overseas. Now for the
catalog, there is no substitute, their's is awesome. I use it for price
comparision shopping and parts I need identification of only. There is
alot of people on here that have had horrible experiances with them.
