Just picked this up on ebay

Some don't care for the Gmc's but I like em. This will be my second. I also have a 71 4x4 shortbed. I'm really stoked, I didn't think I would find a decent swb 2wd. It's got some 20's maybe 22's and some airbags in it's future. Oh and probably a 700r4. So whaddya guys think?

Albie

I like it! I think the front end looks sweet, but I'm not feelin' those flames.

Re: Just picked this up on ebay

looks like a good start Albie, as far as the GMC thing it's all about what you like.
They look the same and they're just as hard to find good ones. Seems like a good price hopefully there's no rust issues.
Enjoy and show lot's of pics on the build.

I think you got a great deal, and it already has disc brakes. But the hubcaps have got to go.

Re: Just picked this up on ebay

Lol! Yeah the flames and hubcaps will be the first thing to go. I just wanted to hear the jokes first. A far as the rust I was a little concerned myself, I emailed him and he said the only rust is on the drivers side rocker area where the weatherstripping attaches. I'm sure there is probably more than that but one can hope. It's a Cali truck so you never know.
