Need help with Poly cab mount cushions
I know this should be simple but.... something just doesn't look right. I picked up a set of Poly cab cushions for a 1967 3/4 ton pickup (pictured below) but I'm a little confused on what goes where. Anybody have Poly cab cushions that can point me in the right direction?

Re: Need help with Poly cab mount cushions
Good question. I'll be watching this thread because I'm gonna have to do my '67 half ton soon as well.

Re: Need help with Poly cab mount cushions
Hard to tell on the cone shaped ones- should be a set with a larger set of holes (at least mine had them) but here goes 7& 8 are top core support and 1&2 are bottoms, next location- front cab support, gets 9 &10 top and 3&4 bottom with sleeves 13 &14 if they fit holes if not use them in rear location with 11& 12 on top and 5 & 6 on bottom with bolts 15 &16 through to captured nut under gas tank- the flat washers go on the bottoms after the cushions. Hope this helps.

Re: Need help with Poly cab mount cushions
the ones i got from prothane(jcwhitney) came with a detailed instruction sheet//i'd call up where you bought them and ***** it maynot help you but down the line could improve it for others also if you could list where you got them so other members would go elsewhere for a more complete kit

Havent tried looking at it but do they look similar to the ones LMC uses cause they have great diagrams on placement in their online catalog.

Re: Need help with Poly cab mount cushions
71 Super, I was kind of thinking along those lines. The top part of each mount makes sense because they are very close to stock. The thing that's throwing me is the bottom's are completely different than stock (see photos) which may be OK with Poly, I don't know. Thanks for the input.
CDowns, I agree there should have been some instructions, but before I throw the vendor under the bus, let me get in touch with him and see if he can resolve the issue. He is local and I know he doesn't do a lot of 3/4 ton stuff because he had to search his suppliers just to find this kit. I'm trying to support the locals and this is the first problem I've had so I'll post when the issue is resolved. Front Mount Rear Mount

Re: Need help with Poly cab mount cushions
ksjh1316, thanks for the tip, I will check their online catalog and see what I come up with. Any one else use a kit like this or some pics of one installed would be even better!

Re: Need help with Poly cab mount cushions
The LMC diagram, while good, was for a 1/2 ton. However, the picture of their 3/4 ton Poly kit is identical to the one I have. Any one out there using the LMC Poly mounts for a 3/4 ton?

Re: Need help with Poly cab mount cushions
OK, I think I've got this figured out. Energy Suspension had a set of instructions on their web site that matched my kit pretty close. 71 Super, you were right on except that the sleeves in the kit are for the core support while re-using the factory sleeves on the other cushions. Also, the new bolts are for the rear supports because the bottom cushion is shorter than factory. Thanks for the help, guys!
