wanted to show some updated pics of my 69...

heres some pics of it, after i thru it together quick so i had something to drive cause i sold my daily.




my first attempt at doing an interior, i dont like it, so im gonna redo it. i do have a 57 chevy dash lying in my garage at the moment. that may find its way in there soon...




this was at syracuse nationals, one of the biggest car shows in NY.




two more from the local night hang out...

they're just 2002 and up harley davidson turn signals with l.e.d. inserts. you can get them at any harley store but make sure you buy the rears cause they're dual filement...

What size and brand rim are you running and what size tires? Also did you paint your engine with base/clear same as exterior of truck if so hows it holding up? very nice looking truck!

They are 18x9s and made by MB Motoring. The tires are Toyo Tires Proxes S/T and 255/50R18 in front and 255/55R18 in back.
And yes, I did base and clear coat my engine. It would be holding up better if I didnt have to change a blown head gasket a few weeks ago. I'm probably not gonna redo it cause I'm looking an LS series engine. A bunch of my friends did those swaps to there cars and trucks. And now I'm the only person with a carb, hahaha, I gotta step up my game...

its not as bad as it looks. im 6'3" i can reach it with the gas pump pretty easily if thats what your referring to...

i got the window cranks and door handles at a car show a while ago.

yes i had rubbing issues. i had to space out the wheels 3/4". the inside of the tires were rubbing the bed...

well i have been building it for like two years but lately its just been sitting in my garage unfinished. so i collected all the boxes and just started bolting some stuff back on. its still missing alot but its coming back apart soon. i gotta start on phase 2...
