OT: Those of you into Nascar...
here's the Jasper #77 at our shop today, had to get this turd running right... its a ford afterall
Since we install mainly install Jasper trans/engines we have the pleasure of parking the #77 Jasper car at our shop all day when they come to KS. Although it doesnt have the winson cup engine in it, its still a blast to drive I ran it down the street to open it up, then pulled it into the shop to adjust a few things so it would run decent. Fun stuff Last edited by Zkast; 09-26-2002 at 11:39 PM. |

Hold the car for ransom. Hehehe. Make the Jasper team go out and transfer their contract to Chevrolet. That way next year when they come to your shop you can yank the engine while they're gone; then you'll have a NICE motor for your mule.

All in who ya know I guess? Talk to your area rep, they are the ones that make things happen like that. It also depends on how much you sell I think. We usually get free tickets to most events involving Jasper, which includes VIP pitpass for this weekends Kansas races woohoooo . When I was at the track today I talked the showcar hauler into snagging me a hood from one of the cars . Should make a great addition to my garage wall!
busy weekend though |

Just out of curiosity, which brand of motor do you replace more of ? Ford or Chevy.
If you say Ford, I'll think "What piles of S@#T", but If you say "CHEVY" I'll think "There sure is alot more Chevys out there" I am one-sided of course. www.ChevyNut.com
