Gmc 920?
Hi, It's my first time on your forum. I'd like to know what is the major differenec between a GMC 2500 and 920?

Only difference i know of is the 920 is the canadian version. I think the 920s were done in 1969. Basically the same truck. Maybe someone else knows something i don't however...

Lol, both posters above are right. 920 is just a 3/4 ton truck.

Thank's if I understand when I shop parts at LMC or Classic Indus. it's the same spec tan a 2500.

Yup, that would be correct, there is another northern board member on here that has a nicely restored 920 dually.

GMC used the fender emblem 920 from 67-69 then changed the numbering system to 2500 for 70-72. Same GVW range of 3/4 ton truck.
