Hello from South Florida
New to the website. Seems to be a very active site, lots of great info. You guys and gals have great looking rides. Even those in the beginning stages of restoration, I'm sure you have a vision of it looking like a bad as_ ride when it's done.
I've got a 69' with a 68' front clip work in progress. It's a short bed step side and it's painted the official vehicle color of Alabama......Primered Black (LOL). It's got 350 with 350 turbo trans and I'm re-wiring the entire truck with a harness I purchased at the Daytona Turkey Run last November. Yeah it's been sitting ever since. Should fire up in about 2 weeks. Definetly plan to have it running by this years show in Daytona, we'll trailer it up and cruise while we're there. If you have never been to the Turkey Run, I highly recommend. As for Florida C-10 Clubs especially South Florida. Is there anything going on down here? Any Swap Meets, Show and Shines, or other events? If anyone Knows, please forward any info. What does it take to form a club chapter? Well it's been nice chatting, I'll post some pictures soon and do plan to do a pay pal to be a site supporter. |
