Converted 2wd to 4wd
Today Critter and I were out cruising around after getting 35's put on his blazer and we came across a 2wd 1971 lwb truck that had been converted to 4wd. He had a 4 link front with coils and taller coils out back. I gotta tell you, it looked pretty sharp like that and I bet it handled pretty well. For an offroaded blazer that would be a great setup considering you have a really good departure angle as well as zero axle wrap. If I find a lwb cheap or especially a swp I will definitely consider this, it looked sharp.

Re: Converted 2wd to 4wd
Damn! You beat me to it! I was just about to post something about that truck that we saw!
oh wait...I was the one with the camera ... The only thing I saw that made me a little nervous was the steering shaft that had about 3 different universal joints in it going down to the steering box, other than that it was pretty cool. Has anyone on the board ever performed this conversion?
