73 Chevy 3/4 ton4x4 ?

I have a friend that just bought a 73 4x4 and has a factory tool box in the side of the bed, He wants to replace that bedside. Just wondering if there is any value to it as with the 67-72's
Thanks Jack

i say save that bed side iv havent seen but one truck with it and still wish i had one but with dual tanks a dought it would fit. Ive also never seen after market ones

If i was tobuild it as a show truck i think i would use that space as a spot to put the battery.

Re: 73 Chevy 3/4 ton4x4 ?

I've seen them on the early 73-74 trucks occasionally. Very cool, and Nissan says that the bedside storage box on the Titan in innovative ? Ha.

If the box and surrounding area was in good shape, I would be very tempted to cut that area out and graft it into the new bedside, if staying with a single gas tank since it's such a rare option.

those will be worth money down the road when people start making "Fall Guy" replica trucks.
