Tie Rods

I'm changing out the complete tie rod assemblies in my truck tomorrow...and I was hoping that someone could tell me the best and easiest way replace this. I've already purchased the pieces that i need, just gotta remove the old and install the new.

I recommend soaking all the threaded areas with a penatrating oil of your choice.
They make a special tool to remove the coupling but a pipe wrench will do(remember that one thread is left and one is right) and try to get the new one back to as close to the old one as possible. Then take it to be aligned.
