Stock or Factory Engine Compartment Pics Please

Just trying to gather some pics either factory pics or owner pics of an original 71-72 350cid engine compartment. Need to know what it is supposed to look like so I can have mine as close to original as possible. Thanks! Ron

Old school, that's just wrong... I've never seen perfect, but that must be it.

Here's what they really look like. Here's my old 72 402 that hadn't been touched except for making things worse.

Re: Stock or Factory Engine Compartment Pics Please

Not exactly pretty, but I thought this was the most original / unmolested engine compartment I ever ran across so I documented it with a few pictures so I knew where brackets and what not go when I put mine back together. I found this in a scrap yard, but I was just there again recently and it is now gone. I did recover a number of parts before it went to the crusher. I pretty sure this was a 307 2 bbl....maybe a 70 or so.

Here are some shots of mine. In a couple of weeks I'll have the new pictures after it's been painted.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
