longer wheels stud help

i have a 9 inch ford rear end with moser axles under my 68, recently i put on a set of baer disc brakes and now i need longer wheel studs. Here is the problem, the studs i have now are 1/2" x20 1.5" inches long with a .530" knurl. i need the same but around a 1/2" longer, i cant find anything like this, is it possible to drill the knurled hole in the axle and pull a stud with a larger knurl into it?
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
these are 1/4 of an inch longer but with a knurl size of .565" .

Mine came from Summit or Jegs, I had to ask for them.
