I'm so suprised someone hasn't snapped that truck up yet! Are you selling both your rigs?

Re: 71 half cab in CO
Yes, he's been selling the blue one for a while on CK5. I did see them both on ebay recently. I'd love to have the narrowed trail rig for fun.

Re: 71 half cab in CO
I have been trying to sell both of them, but not with much luck. I haven't drove either of them in over 6 months so I am thinking of starting a new project but haven't determined what it is yet. Both were on ebay but all the replys were people that had the money they said in thier pms but didn't bid. So I figured I would try here where people are alot more trustworthy.

Re: 71 half cab in CO
So are you wanting to sell the 1/2 top? How much? Trade for a Single wall?
*I also have the complete rear seat with all the hardware and brackets to.

Re: 71 half cab in CO
No I would like to try to sell the whole thing first. If it doesn't sell then I might sell the half top or trade for a nice soft top. I have a back seat also from my other one.

Re: 71 half cab in CO
I can understand the truggie being difficult to sell. You'll have to find the right buyer with $. The blue rig looks to me like something that would have sold quickly the first time you posted it. Sure it has a couple issues, but overall it is a nice truck with a much desired half top. Do you have them posted in the trucks for-sale section. Craigslist is a great venue to sell trucks too. You could advertise outside of your area.

Re: 71 half cab in CO
The problem with CK5 is, even if you register you won't be able to see the pics and you can't reply to any of the for sale posts. They want your money. Seems like it is a dis-service to their paying members since alot of viewers can't repsond/see if they are interested in buying/selling something to/from the members.

Just wondering if you sold the half top with one of the blazer or trucks that you sold, if not are you willing to sell the half top?
thanks Josh |
