Rusted Kick panel, has anyone replaced one? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I've got a pretty bad rusted passenger side kick panel. I'm going to replace it, but by looking at the new one and how the cab is built I think I need to remove the rocker to get it in. Has anyone replaced this panel before?
