gauge cluster

i was just looking at ebay and some guy has a gage thing that lights up red am i right you can just replace thr bulbs with red ones it would look bad ass in blue

When you buy aftermarket gauges often they will include boots that go over the bulbs to change the color to green or red. You might search around for bulb covers.
