get the picture below 640X??pixels (i only know 640 is one of the dimensions, have to play with the others)
and get it below 102XXX bytes, and then attach like to an email below the box where you type this (where it has the empty box and says browse) if you need help resizing a pic send it to me at mlbunch@scrtc.com
