Grinding when I make a right turn?
I have been after this one for a while. When I take a turn to the right it feels like my tires or bearing or something is grinding with almost like a low tire or something. Seems like it started when I had the new ball joints put in, now with newer bigger tires it is worse. Any clues would help.

My guess would be wheel bearings, normally if they have failed or are failing the growl from them is more pronounced on turns.

I am thinking it is the ball joints or bearings. Get a jack and lift the front end up and spin the wheel that is causing the noise. Turn the steering wheel to left and right until you hear the noise. Grab the tire on the side of the noise and see if you have in play in the bearings. It also may be that your tires are rubbing the fenders.
