This is my second 81 Scottsdale! My first was a 3/4 ton LWB, and I slap myself almost every day for selling it. So I needed a new DD, and found myself an 81 Short Fleet with a 350/TH350 combo. Spent a whole whopping $475 on it, and drove it home! Let me know what you think!

Gonna drop it 2" in the front, 3" in the back, I want to keep it black, but I will do all of the bodywork and have it painted. This thing sounds sweet, it has headers and true duals with 2.5" exhaust and something similar to Flowmaster 40s or 50s... havent looked at the mufflers yet. I am also on the look out for some nice classic Cragar GT wheels. I think they along with some raised white letter tires would really set this truck off.

Also have to redo the interior, there isnt much of one there.... yay for duct tape!

I had a dent like that in my door once. Thought my key was kinda going in on a slight angle.
I didnt even realize it happened till the next moring because it was dark out when I went home.
I was PISSSED. Hit-n-run But a toilet plunger just about straightened it out.

My truck has had 3 minor hit-n-runs one being my dad
