Taking the bed apart?
So I have limited space, and manpower, so i cant really just undo the bed to frame mounts and lift it off, is there anyway i can take it apart panel by panel? and i cant get the huge phillips screws out at the front of the bed, any help with that?

Re: Taking the bed apart?
Unbolt the bed from the frame and move it back so you can have access to the front bolts. For the phillips screws,my cordless drill got them out.You will need to get the spotwelds off at the tailgate end that hold the floor to the sides but other then that it's just removing bolts.I've found with a impact just tighten them till they break as it's a PITA to unbolt them.

Re: Taking the bed apart?
i heated the phillips screws to red hot with my torch & while they where still hot they just threaded out easily... 1969k10stepside is right, just break off the side bolts or cut them off.
