72 carb question

i havnt looked to see what carb i have but its a 3/4 ton 4x4. needs attention to the carb, would it be better to get a new edlbrock or holly or just rebuild this one. trucks been stting almost 20 years and i went to start it up and was leaking fuel from all the gaskets. dry rot i suppose.
