Steering Wheel Parts

I just picked up this steering wheel at the junk yard, hey $10.
Anyway What and where do I get the parts, horn button and what ever else I need after it's on the truck to finish it up. A bowtie horn button would be nice. Can you tell what this came off of. When I picked it up I looked at so many Chevy trucks I lost track of which truck it came from. It was just laying in the seat. Thanks. For my 71, also in real nice shape!

Opps where's the pic? I'll post again!

Re: Steering Wheel Parts

Looks like a mid 80's blazer or full size truck
