Windshield wipers...

What are some steps for trouble shooting windshield wipers?

well the first step would be to identify what they are doing or aren't doing thats causing concern

They don't work at all, and the fuse is good...

first i'd see if there is 12v at the switch with the ign switch in the on position// then id see if theres 12v coming out of the switch when its turned on

Thanks, I'll give that a shot. If I have voltage at the switch and coming out of the switch, then the motor is bad?

that would be right if you have a good ground at the motor

There is ZERO power coming out of the factory wiper switch. The power is from the fuse panel to the motor (yellow wire).
The switch offers ground only.

Ground the center (Dk Blue) wire for wash.
Ground the black wire for high speed.
Ground both outer wires (Lt Blue & Black) at the same time for low speed

Somebody should write up a FAQ for this problem...
