Rivets between drum and Hub
Hello all,
I've recently switched out the hub on the right front wheel on my 2WD 69 GMC, and I had to use an hammer and punch to seperate the drum and hub (3 rivets holding them together). The replacement didn't have those little rivets, so i just installed without them. My question is, do I need them, or will the lug bolts hold everything in place ?

Re: Rivets between drum and Hub
Yep, I agree. That's the way I installed mine after a brake shoe change...
