I like the ones that came in the 00-06 Denali/Escalade. Very comfortable.

Too bad you arent closer and looking for seats from an 89 Suburban . They are a pretty comfy seat arrangement and I will be parting one real soon . Frank

Re: so what van, truck or car
Crap those are the exact seats I am looking for I've got high backs out of a 77-78 GMC regular cab with the brackets. The truck windows were down so the foams are shot, and I need some newer seats. I do not have the green right now to have the seats redone, plus I bought an 83 so they aren't the right seats. All the junkyards around here the suburbans with buckets are either shot or the windows were down and are stained. I really wish you were closer.

Re: so what van, truck or car
You may try hitting a salvage yard or two looking for after market high back reclining buckets. I had those in my '91 Suburban and they are really great on long trips and comfortable with support for my bad back also. They had folding arm rest and the driver's side was 6-way power adjust. No lumbar support internal but very comfortable. Just a thought. May also try a van custom or upholstry shop.

+1 on the burb seats. Any of those conversion company seats should be bolt in...i think. Even if the seats are junk, you can steal the brackets/tracks to use with new seats. Or you can just have the conversion seats redone.
