What does this wire go to?
Wire is hanging under the dash. I looks like its supposed to clamp on to something.

I believe that is the ground off of the dash cluster. Clips on to the dash near the colum at the bottom of the cluster.

that is your instrument ground wire it hooks to the underside of the dash just to the right of the steering column
