just open the pics in MS Paint, click ctrl-W and replace the 100% with 50% or so. Then click File, Save and attach the pics....

k, got the pictures, what size did you want them sized down to and did you want them emailed back to you??
Those pics you sent me are already at 648 x 480 and approx. 150kb in size.

if you can make them 100kb or what ever it is to down load them on this site if you can go to truck of the month and put them on there i can edit the infro on there every time it said server to busy

here is what I use to do it Nero it has a resize buttonon it just type in the size you need the pics I think max for this site is 640 pixles so I aways do 500 to besure it will fit.

I use easy thumbnails. It lets you create smaller pics of one pic or a complete album. It is free and has a lot of adjustments.
