Stereo Question
My sound system has andintermitant buzz in the speakers. I replaced the C-D player it is still there. I swapped a pair of old speakers it still there. When I turn the volume down to Zero it is still there. I can't figure out whats causing it. The C-D player is an Alpine, amp is an Orion, speakers are Pioneer.

There are a couple of things to look for......
1)check your grounds....several grounds can lead to a ground loop which would cause a buzzing sound....ie..the head unit has the ant. plugged into it, the ground wire hooked up, the amp is grounded...check all these connections..if your ant. is grounded well enough you can even get away w/ not hooking up the ground wire off of the head unit 2)make sure you dont have the 12V wire and your RCA cables running together to your amp...always run these wires on opposite sides of the vehicle...running them tog. can allow voltage to leak from the 12V wire into thr RCA's. 3)if you unhook the amp and run the speakers through the head unit do you still have the same problem ?? If so check into your connections for the amp.
