Truck Buckets are they ?

Is Truck Buckets the same as blazers. i mean just the seat part. not the brackets, i know they are not the same. i got a set of true truck buckets and the runners and the tabs that was on the floor they came out of a 76. but the seats is in bad shape and i got a set of blazers seats. i will use unless they are not the same. thanks

Re: Truck Buckets are they ?

Seats are identical from truck to Blazer to Suburban. The only differences are the brackets...and the fact that the Blazer and Burb seats have plastic backs...trucks don't.

Re: Truck Buckets are they ?

As far as I know, trucks have nothing on the backside...only the Blazers and Burbs do.

Re: Truck Buckets are they ?

I dont mean to step on this thread but a question on the brackets?
Whats the measurement between the brackets, bolt hole to bolt hole from the truck bracket and the blazer brackets?
