My 67SFBD C10 Bagged on 22s full custom frame

Well, I started this project a few months back. I picked up the AZ frust free cab from NitroMike and brought it along with a ton of parts to my buddy Haggard Fabrication in south Jersey to do a full custom chassis. I sand blasted the cab, and am using all brand new goodmark sheetmetal. Currently the frame and cab are in black DP 90. Its on 22x10's now but I plan on doing 24" intros within the next few months. It should be out, done and driving in spring. Enough talk, heres the pics

bag mounts

converted it to disc.. ART tubulars and DJM drop spindles

Wow Wow, That is cool. Are you going to run a hood or are the tires in the way?

I will be running a hood, right now the 22's are on 265 35 22 which is about 29.6 in order to size for the future 24's on 275 25 24 which is about the same. I am considering sectioning the hood as some people do, and cut the center seperate from the rest of it as the Grant Kustoms truck is I believe if I remember right.

Awesome build. It's going to look fantastic when it's done. Why 24's up front? The 22's totally fill the wheelwell up. Just my opinion, but the 24's will be too big up front.

LOOKS SICK!!! One question though. How are you planning on supporting the bed and bed floor? Since the frame rails are so low and you are going to have to raise the bed floor all the way up. Just curious. Anyways good job and keep it up!!!!!!!

Your truck looks pretty killer. Too bad you hacked a perfectly good shorty frame in half though just for the first couple feet.
Your truck though, it's still sweet.

The bed is getting a full 2x2 or maybe 2x3 supports made around the brand new goodmark kit. As for the bed floor... there won't be much of any of that. Wheel tubs that are attached to the rear end more than likely And the rest of the chassis will be painted/detailed to hell so I want to leave all that exposed. Alot of money just in shocks/cell/ susp work so I don't want to hide it. Originally I planned on doing a wood raise floor that tilted, but I don't think I'm going to any longer go that route.

And thanks for all the kind words guys!!!

I actually just had a 72' SWB done, full chassis up similiar build to this SFBD fully bagged etc etc. It's sitting next to the 67' right now and is also setup for 24s. I'll have to snap some pics of that in the next day or so I just finished up fully epoxy priming it all for now.

Suuweet!
It figures, one picture out of the whole bunch looks similiar to my truck - (To most, it looks kinda like a pile of parts but mines not as organized as yours.... hahaha) Very cool!

Love the stance. What brand are those wheels. You could plexiglass the bed floor like this.

Looks awesome. Are you going to have to run the drive shaft through the cab?
