I need a crappy 67-68 grille for parts

I need a grille to get one part out of it. I am going to do away with the parking lights. The panel the the parking lights will come out of the grille and I need to replace it with the panel the is in the upper opening. I can post pics if this doesn't make sense.
Thanks, Pm me if you can help.

Jkade- I know I have what you need, but you may want to wait for Billsbowties....just because the shipping from VA will be way cheaper and quicker than from way out here on the West Coast. Nonetheless- give me a shout if you want to deal.

You and I are thinking the same thing. I was going to try and find that peice to do the same thing. Where (or are) you going to run turn signal/p-lights? I've got a set of headlights with those driving lights built in that I'm using with LEDS.

Re: I need a crappy 67-68 grille for parts

Me three, am wanting to do this, but I had thought about putting on the 71 72 front bumper with the turn signals. But jorgensensc, I have alos seen headlights like your talking about but have little turn signal light built into them. Evil bay is where I saw them I believe.

I will get some pics of what I am looking for, but it is the same piece the marker lights mount to that is the flat piece in the lower grille opening. I need the piece that is in the upper opening to replace that piece since it is flat at the ends. It hard to explain without pics but I will get some tomorrow. I was planning on running some of them headlights with the leds also for turn signal, great minds think alike

Re: I need a crappy 67-68 grille for parts

I think of them as a grill insert, they are the same upper and lower on hte 67-68 CHevy grills, just the lower one has the spots for the turn signals. This one has been powdercoated.

Re: I need a crappy 67-68 grille for parts

This is kinda what I am wanting to do but I think I will use something like in GMC denali with the larger holes. I think I will mount mine at the back also instead of out front like the truck in the pic. Name: 2194067_7_full.jpg

I think he is looking for the top one to replace the bottom one that has the turn signals in it on his grill.

I have a complete grill, I'm in it for $50, just bought it as a spare, shipping would suck though
