Is it possible?

Is it possible to remove the bed header panel without disassembling the bed? This is for a fleetside steel floor.

If the bed is off the truck it should come right off. No torch required.

i've replaced a couple by un bolting the floor back to the wheel tubs to get enough flex in the sides to get the front panel out and the new one in whitout doing any damage to any of the components
