saginaw 4 speed

i need pics of shifter linkage for a saginaw 4 speed.

what kind should i use?

Not real sure.But the side loader Muncies put the shifter into the seat and require a shifter to locate the lever forward.There is prolly a shifter made for the application.There is one for Muncies,farly new part.Before those,there`s a 55-57 bench seat application that guys would use.I`m sure there`s one of those for Saginaws.My friensd has one in his project that is a rolling frame at the moment.I`ll see what he`s come up with.

It would work but you may have to fab. a reverse linkage. Reverse is on the tail in a a Borg Warner and on the cover in a Saginaw. I'm not sure what trans. they put in a plain jane Camaro but I dought it was the Super T-10. If it's not a Z-28 it might bolt right up.

Depends wat saginaw it is there 2. One out of like monzas camaros late 70's and then they made one for 81,82 camaros corect me if i'm worng. I ended up ordering the oen for the camaro whitch was wrong. Use hursts websight and go to there tranny i d charts that shoudl tell you wat tranny you have.

That's right they did put some 4-speeds in the 3rd Gen Camaros. I think they were B/Ws though. But when looking at Hurst's
app guide I think they had the reverse on the cover like the Saginaws.
