Desperately need Cruise control template for 69

I am adding factory cruise control on my 69. I know there is a spec sheet out there that lists the locations of the holes on the firewall to mount the three screws for the vacuum servo.

The page lists out the location on the firewall and references points on the firewall to take measurments from. This is the last piece of my puzzle.
