Smile 1967 wheel bolts

Can someone tell me if the 1967 1/2 ton chevy pickup original wheels had more then one bolt pateren for the 6 bolt wheels. I measured from one to the one on it's opposit side and get 5.5". I just bought 5 wheels from 'Classic Auto' in SD and asked them about this. They told me there was only one bolt pateren for the 1/2 ton in 1967. I am just a little uneasy about them fitting.

As far I know, one bolt pattern for the 1/2 ton 6 lug trucks and it's 5.5. Mine is 5.5 as well.

Smile Re: 1967 wheel bolts

Thanks guys. That eases my mind. It is hard to buy stuff from across the country. And I am new at all of this. I have a beautiful blue 1967 1/2 ton stepside I just bought out of Tuszon. NO RUST. It came with new crome rims but I really want my truck to look stock and t does except those rims. I was able to buy 5 OEM wheels off of a 1967 1/2 ton and can't wait to get them. I plan on powder coating them black to look like they would have back in the day! Thanks again for your help, it made a difference to me.

Re: 1967 wheel bolts

I'm not sure they came black.
Most 67/68 trucks I've seen that were original came either body color or an off white. Everything 69 and up was off white except for a few that i've seen that were body color... early 69 only.

Re: 1967 wheel bolts

I have one original wheel for my 69, and it is silver. Truck was black. It had full wheel covers.
