Stock horn location
Could somebody show me a picture of the stock horn location? Mine is missing and would like to get it working again. I did notice that my truck still has the horn relay under the dash. I'm not sure how it connects to the horn or where the horn would be located. I appreciate the help, this site rocks....

No picture, but where it goes in on the driver's side of the radiator core support. There should be a blind nut about 10-12-inches down from the top of the support. There should also be a dark green wire with a black connector on the end that slides up onto the terminal of the horn. The horn should have the open end facing downward to allow any water that enters it, to run out.
If your relay is still good, you should hear a clicking sound when you hit the horn button. The horn has to be grounded in order for it to work, with the green wire only being the 12V. My truck is out for body/paint, or I'd have a pic for you. Sorry.

Good, the relay will click without the horn being hooked up.
Now, you need to find the dark green wire and make sure it is getting the voltage you need to make the horn work. Attach the horn, bolt it down and make it work.
