thanks GMC1967, that picture makes it look a lot nicer than it is in person. it has stock sagging rear leafs, and one coil cut from front (2.5 inches) they are 15x10s with 295/50R15s all around. this post rocks, TOM HAND that is awesome. i reallly love your pickup

I just love to see all these beautiful trucks..... but Tom Hand your truck is awesome~! I can't wait to get the Red Rocket painted someday back to its factory 500 Black like yours. It came with the upper and lower moldings, Custom Camper script emblems ( I have 3 sets, 1 for the interior somewhere), chrome door guards, chrome around the front and rear window. It will return there someday! Is yours a Seirra Grande? I notice only the Sierra on the side. It looks Grande. If not do you know the difference between the 2? Just curious. What about the black in the grill of the '72, did you rechrome or remove or does the pic not show it? Thanks for all the great pix~!

Thanks for the compliments guys. GMC71k20 those wheels are the same as 454ss wheels but you could get them as an option on any of those year trucks. If they actally came on a 454ss they would have black centercaps. Brewski* it is just a Sierra the difference between a Sierra and Sierra Grande is the same as the difference between a Cheyenne and a Super Cheyenne on a Chevy.

A better cornershot, at my dad's old house...this one was probably about 5 minutes after we finished putting it together (sans one bumper bracket bolt...the first pic was at Home Depot after buying the bolt, LOL)
