Strange headlight problem
I am having some issues on my 86 that is equipped with dual headlights. When I select low beams they work normally but the high beams are on very dim. When I select high beams, the high beams work normally, but the hi elements in the low beam bulb are on dim. Any ideas?

Poor (loose or rusted) ground.

Re: Strange headlight problem
Agreed or a short in the power wires. I was having a problem with mine, the headlights on - right turn signal inop, high beams on - right turn signal inop and right high beam inop. Some of the wires in the loom behind the grille had been rubbed through and shorted together.
