H4 Headlight Questions

I recently installed the headlight relay mod and H4 & H1 headlights on my 86. I seem to be having issues with a voltage feedback.

With the H4 lights installed and low beams selected I get battery voltage on the high beam circuit which causes the hi beams to glow dim. When I select high beams, the H1 high beams light properly, but the high beam elements in the H4s are dim. When I replace the H4 bulbs with normal halogen bulbs there is no voltage feedback on the high beam circuit and everything works normally.

I am using two separate relays controlled by the headlight switch. All four high beam elements are tied together and the two low beam elements are tied together. I tied the grounds together on the two bulbs on each side and have a separate ground on each side for the parking lights.

Anyone have any ideas?
