A little progress with the '67 -
In between football and eating, I painted the wheels on my truck today, to see how black looks. I think I like 'em. Yesterday I put an exhaust system on her, with flowmaster 40 series. Slowly but surely... not a frame off, this time...

They'll look great if you put trim rings and chrome centers. I put the same wheels on my Z71.

Re: A little progress with the '67 -
BTW, what size tires are you running? They look good with the 2/4 drop.

Re: A little progress with the '67 -
They are 31" tall - no ID on the sides, they're quite old, I think around a 275 or so-

I like the black on black look, agree with 67_C-30, the chrome rings would really set it off.

Re: A little progress with the '67 -
Looking good. I also have a 1967 I'm restoring back to as original as I can. In your first three pictures the truck has backwall tires. Were they the original size that came on the truck in 1967? If so could you tell me what size they are? Thank you.

Re: A little progress with the '67 -
I don't think so. This one from 19673onthetree is probably what they came with - (I love this truck)

Re: A little progress with the '67 -
Hey is your truck six lug? I have a set of rally wheels, with new center caps. I also have the trim rings... You can pick them up cheap and we are local to each other... Let me know...
