Fenders and Door that do fit???
Been watching the earlier post by "grnddwn" about the Goodmark doors, and I have to say its quite disturbing.
I'm looking at replacing the doors and fenders on my 71 K5 as well (they are pretty trashed), but by the looks of it very few people are having good experiances with these products. Are there any sheet metal manufacturers that do sell a quality reproduction at least 90% of the time? Anybody that has bought one that was worth it please let the us know. Maybe then we can start buying from the companies that give a damn about the consumers. ------------------ http://www.forsakenproductions.com/1971_K5 |

I bought Goodmark hood, 67 fenders, rockers, cabcorners, floor patch. Have'nt had 1 problem. I would definatly buy again. They sell such a large volume of parts, they probably run a 97% rate as a corparation. I agree they could be a little more diplomatic about fixing thier bad ones, but as a whole I think they do a good job. How many people have problems on this board 20-50, and they probably filled 1-2 million orders last year.
