Arrow 1967 window crank's

I got ready to order new window crank's & door handles for my 67 and found that none of the truck part's place's had them ? they offer those flimsy looking cheap 68 to 72 one's , the 67 camaro used the same one's on the door's the rear one's were different and they don't even make those for the camaro but anyway I ordered a set of nice repro door handles and window crank's for a 67 camaro and got them in last week , SUPER !! they look great and the quality is good ,, here is a pic and a link ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

they also have 68 to 72 truck ones too

Re: 1967 window crank's

Will those also fit on the 68-72?
It would be kinda cool to see what all different ones would work on our trucks.

Re: 1967 window crank's

One of the vendors offerd the 67 door cranks a few years ago. dont know if they stopped. Yeah there are alot of little "67' only" subtle things.

that is the thing with 67 to 72 trucks like these window crank's and door handles YES they will fit YES they will work the 67's will fit 68 to 72 and the 68 to 72 will fit 67 BUT 67 IS DIFFERENT IN APPEARENCE , if you look close at the crank's side by side the difference is great ,
this was not only a truck thing 67 must have been a one year only type year for GM in general because the chevelle and camaro stuff is in the same boat , I have a heck of a time getting correct stuff for my 67 camaro BECAUSE 68 69 CAMARO STUFF WILL FIT !

Wink Re: 1967 window crank's

A friend of mine once asked me to tell him why his FRONT park lights went out when he turned his headlights on ? FOR HIS 67 C10
I told him it was his wire harness

Re: 1967 window crank's

Yes, I believe it was an across the board thing. I have a '67 Ram Air I Firebird, and it has all the little subtles difference from the 68 - 69's. I got a pair of rear window cranks and door pulls out a '67 Caprice Wagon a few years ago, and they look like NOS. No pits, and no blemishes. They look like they were never used. I am going to use them on my '67 C-30 when the time comes to do the interior.

Re: 1967 window crank's

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the 66 & down handles will fit too.
