Thumbs up New guy here

Hey guys , I have had my Burb for about 9 years and it has been a great family hauler . Its time to do some updates starting with suspension , than it will be paint. Truck is a 350/350 ,front and rear a/c ,power disc and steering. The odometer reads 67000 and I believe it's accurate mileage.Lots of great information found here on this board , and also lots of great Burb pictures. Looking forward to hanging out , I'm located near Memphis,TN . Johnny

Re: New guy here

Thanks for the warm welcome . I will try to take some interior shots of the truck this weekend and post them . I am trying to decide whether to just order drop spindles and springs or to go ahead and install a complete air ride suspension. The truck as it sits has been lowered by using cut coils as near as I can tell and the ride quality has been pretty crappy. Once I figure which suspension direction I am going to take I will get this project going.

Re: New guy here

Welcome from Canada!
That's a sweet looking rig! I would go with bagging it, especially since you're in an area that you can drive it year 'round(mine are tucked away 'til the snow is gone).
I'm gonna be saving the $$$, once Xmas is done, to do ART's front and possibly rear, after a new motor is paid for.

I look forward to seeing more on your build.

Re: New guy here

Heres some pictures I took today. I bought these 17" wheels and tires but I just don't like them at all after looking at them for a couple weeks. I just ordered some " old school" T/A radials to mount on the S/S cragars that came with the truck. I am going post these wheels for sale on Ebay . Thanks for all the kind words guys , this is a really great website. I will have to wait til January for the new suspension.
