1970 GMC Heavy Duty?

I have a 1970 GMC 4x4 truck. The emblems are off of it. It looks like it said 1500 heavy duty? Does anyone know anything about that. What does that mean (heavy duty) and was it common? Thanks!

no such animal. Does the option sheet in the glove box say Sierra Grande by chance?
