I upgraded to an Accel billet dizzy yesterday. The one I took out works ok [it's been in the truck since I got it in early '06], we replaced the pole piece and the coil [50k volts] last year, but I recommend checking all internals before installing. Comes with a new cap and I will throw in the Accel springs[curve kit]. Shipped in the new dizzy's box.

did you notice a difference when you changed out distributors?

As with my El Camino before this truck, I swapped in this dizzy and the difference is minimal at best. I decided to buy a new one instead of replacing the internals in this one due to a time crunch. It does seem ilke it starts easier after warming up though.

I need to buy a new motor for the truck, the problem I thought was the distributor was a bad lifter and the motor has to be rebuilt so I need to sell the dizzy fast....$45 shipped...anyone....Bueller, Bueller?
