What year power steering pumps will work on a 71 chevy with a 350. i need the pump and brackets and some one said they are all the same on all gm 350 is this true. I am going to junk yard and need to know what will work before I buy it Thanks matt

It needs to be short water pump brackets and would be best if you used 69-72 truck IMO.

A boardmember who is a mechanic told me that at some point the hose ends changed in some way. He told me how they changed, I just can't remember.

in the early 80`s the lines went from flared, to a rubber o ring.
