73 doghouse on a 84?
will a 73 complete doghouse ( fenders & hood) fit on a 84? do you need to change the radiator support also? thanks

You need the 73-80 radiator support. Other than that, it's bolt on.

You will also need the 73-80 wiper drive mechanism, they are different height than 81-87. You may also want to cover the hinge holes in the 84 cowl to prevent debris from collecting in the cowl.

wiring hanesses are different IIRC, and mounting the front bumper will be very interesting, as the front of the frame is straight C channel on the newer truck, where the older one the frame wrapped around in the front and the bolts went through the front of the frame. you have to swap bumpers too, the shape of the core support is different and your 81+ bumper will look goofy on there.
