lower 67 c-30

Im tring to lower my 67 c-30 but can find anyone that knows the best way to do that. I'm thinking of changing out the front with a 73-87 front so that i have all the upgrades. but does anyone know how hard its going to be and can it be done. or can I just change out so other parts to get the new spindles to work? thanks
